Ponified Birthdays: My Sister

April 6th, a day for another Ponified Birthday. One for my sister. This picture is brought to you by Photoshop, the dimension Z for characters, and clothes! First time drawing a shirt and jewelry on a pony! This series is so great for learning.

Ponification:

I remember a loooooooong time ago (can't believe I still remember) asking what her favorite color is. She said red, but that was waaaaay long ago. Time may have changed that, but red seems to suit her well anyway.

For looks, she takes from my mother's side, so here we got a unicorn with a similar looking tail. Genetics are fun!

She's engaged to be married, so lets put a little diamond ring on the horn!

Her main talent is music, and she also teaches kids at an elementary school. For this, I made a cutie mark of the beginner's form of music. You know, music that's off the staff so you can learn the musical alphabet.

I usually see her hair in a bun nowadays, but that didn't seem to mix well with the background, so I made it free flowing instead.

She's in a band, and sings very well in it I might add. The shirt contains their logo, maybe you know em'. Dat logo. It was pretty complex to trace down, but I managed to pull through with it.

She's also into the hippie culture. Loves that psychedelic stuff. So here's a nice, tye dye background with a peace sign in front!

Reaction Prediction:

She's not a pegasister, but she seems alright with kids' cartoons. However, I think the fact that I made this would outshine the fact that she's a pony.

Overall, I think she'll like it. This one came out way cuter than expected!
